Contact and order information is used to evaluate your request and communicate about the proposed purchase.
What the form records.
An inquiry can include your name, email, company, industry, selected products, quantities, budget, destination, deadline, message and optional artwork. Request metadata may also be recorded for delivery diagnostics and abuse handling.
How the shortlist and files are handled.
The product shortlist is stored in your browser. Submitted inquiries are saved by the site service; artwork is stored outside the public site and can accompany private sales correspondence. The upload form accepts one PDF, PNG or JPEG up to 10 MB.
Local preview behavior.
In local preview mode, submissions and email previews are saved locally. Live email and remote publishing are disabled by default. The confirmation message reports whether an inquiry was saved locally.
Request access or correction.
Use the contact form with the relevant email address and inquiry reference to request correction or deletion. Information required for an existing order or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
