Use carton counts, measured dimensions and gross weights to request a transport and receiving plan for your Chenghai order.
Measure the agreed pack.
Provide final external carton dimensions, sale units per carton and gross weight for every SKU. Include pallet rules, carton orientation and stacking constraints when requesting a loading proposal.
Name the delivery basis.
The written offer must identify the agreed delivery terms and named place — FOB, CIF, DDP or otherwise. Confirm which party handles transport, insurance, import procedures and final delivery, and which charges are included.
Separate readiness from arrival.
Production completion, AQL inspection, dispatch and receiving are distinct milestones. Ask for a plan covering the route and the receiving point for the actual order.
Send artwork and volume.
